Nivoq Technolabs provides software development, consulting, and related technology services. The specific terms of each engagement will be outlined in separate service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in work created for clients shall be assigned to the client upon full payment.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in those agreements.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nivoq Technolabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in individual service agreements.
