About Nivoq.
A hybrid technology company — IT services and internal product studio.
Built for the long term.

Our story
Nivoq was built on a deliberate premise: that a technology company should operate as both a services business and a product studio — not one or the other.
The founding team spent years building real products across healthcare, edtech, and ecommerce before formalising Nivoq. That experience shaped a clear conviction — most software problems are systems problems, and most systems problems come from short-term thinking.
In October 2025, Nivoq Technolabs was registered as a hybrid IT services and product company. The model is permanent: a service division that funds and informs an internal product studio, with a long-term vision of building a subsidiary ecosystem of technology businesses.
We operate as a focused founding team with a network of specialists — built for quality and longevity, not volume.
Our philosophy
We follow a systems-first, long-term mindset that shapes how we build, operate, and grow.
Systems over features
We design for how things scale and interact — not just what ships in the next sprint. Architecture decisions are long-term decisions.
Execution over promises
We measure ourselves by what gets delivered, not what gets proposed. Quality and reliability are non-negotiable defaults.
Hybrid by design
Our service division and product studio are not separate — they inform each other. Client work sharpens our product thinking. Product work sharpens our engineering.
Long-term orientation
We are building a technology business, not a project shop. Every decision — from hiring to architecture to pricing — reflects that.
Core values
These principles guide how we think, build, and interact with the people who trust us.
Simplicity
We strip away unnecessary complexity so products are easy to use, maintain and scale.
Honesty
We avoid inflated promises and prefer clear, realistic conversations about what we can deliver.
Practical engineering
We focus on clean architecture, dependable code and long-term maintainability.
Collaboration
We work closely with founders and teams, treating every project like a shared mission.
Respect for time
We aim for predictable timelines, responsive communication and steady progress.
Continuous learning
We improve our tools, processes and products with every project we ship.
The people building Nivoq
Three founders. Complementary disciplines. One shared conviction — that technology businesses should be built with systems thinking, not shortcuts.
Poojan Ghetiya
Founder & CEO
Poojan drives company vision, technology strategy, and architecture direction at Nivoq. He leads product thinking, technical solutioning, and long-term systems design — with a focus on building scalable digital businesses, not just software. He oversees pricing strategy, technical sales, legal documentation, and the future subsidiary ecosystem.
Jaimin Gajera
Founder & CTO
Jaimin owns engineering execution at Nivoq — transforming architecture decisions into reliable, production-grade systems. He leads frontend engineering, delivery quality, QA standards, and engineering workflows. His focus is on building products that perform consistently at scale, not just in demos.
Sapna Ghetiya
Founder & COO
Sapna builds the operational foundation that allows Nivoq to scale. She leads partnerships, lead generation systems, client coordination, resource planning, and internal process design. Her work ensures the business runs with the same precision as the products it ships.
Our journey
A quick timeline of the fundamental steps that shaped Nivoq Technolabs.
Experience that led to Nivoq
Before starting Nivoq Technolabs, our founding team worked on real-world products like MealPe MedMeals and Hindu Calendar & Panchang for different companies and clients.
Nivoq Technolabs registered
In October 2025, we formally registered Nivoq Technolabs as a hybrid IT services and product company focused on simple, scalable digital products.
First in-house product launched
On 1st December 2025, we launched Foloque, our first in-house SaaS product for automated follow-ups and reminders.
Building the subsidiary ecosystem
As internal products mature, Nivoq's long-term model involves spinning them into subsidiaries — with Nivoq maintaining ownership stake and technical ecosystem involvement. The goal is a portfolio of technology businesses, not just a services firm.
